Dr. Joel Eastwood
EBBI President
Dr. Eastwood graduated from EBBI in 2009 with a diploma in Bible and Ministry. He then completed a Masters of Arts in Theological Studies from Calvary Baptist Theological Seminary in 2011 and a Doctorate of Ministry in Preaching and Leading from Maranatha Baptist Seminary in 2025.

He was a pastor in the Maritimes for six years before becoming administrator at EBBI and assistant pastor at Emmanuel Baptist Church. In December 2017 he became the Senior Pastor and President of EBBI.
​
His passion is to preach the good news of Jesus Christ and see people’s lives changed as they place their faith in Jesus and walk with Him.
